Warrior Wednesday: Excellence as a habit

WARRIOR WEDNESDAY

If you’re new here, every Wednesday we share a powerful quote from a warrior or philosopher, and breakdown how to apply it to your life.

Lets dive in:

There’s lots of ideas today about productivity, hustling, and growth. Stuff that we think means excellence. But it’s easy to get lost in the weeds with these ideas and lose sight of your true goals.

On a day-to-day basis, terms like hustle, growth, and excellence can start to feel like distant ideals—something to strive for in the future rather than realities we can work on today.

But what if excellence isn’t a destination, but a set of habits we build into our lives? By practicing excellence in small, everyday actions, we take control and create excellence, instead of waiting for it to happen to us.

So this week instead of continuing down the same path I challenge you to take action by replacing one bad habit with a positive one.

e.g. replace your social media scrolling with learning something new or replace watching TV with training in the gym.

Get creative…I believe in you.

Cheers,

Ben & Tim - The Warrior Philosophy Team
