Warrior Wednesday: Make that change
“You can only fight the way you practice”
Make that change today.
We both know theres that thing you've been saying you are going to do for months now. “I am going to go to bed on time, Im gonna stop watching TikTok, Im going to eat better, I am going to start training.”
Whatever it is start today. No more excuses. No more waiting for the “perfect time” (which btw doesn't exist).
After you read this newsletter. I want you to open a document on your computer or grab a piece of paper. Write down your plan of action for how you are going to make the change. Make it specific (Think Smart Goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound)
Example:
Goal: Hit the gym 5 days a week.
This hits all five criteria nicely. Now that we have this goal though we need to make sure we have the time and resources to actually achieve it. That means this is the one goal we are going to have, we aren’t picking twenty other things to change today. Just this one.
It means you may have to get rid of some other distractions. You might have to sacrifice some personal time.
Then wait.
This is the hardest part for me. I have a million things I want to do. Big goals. Massive aspirations. But they all take time.
So wait. Give yourself some time to actually create the habit or achieve the goal.
